Hockey365 Terms of Service

Effective date: August 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and typif.ai, LLC (“Hockey365,” “we,” “us”) covering the Hockey365 mobile app and websites (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of your child, “you” includes your child's use of the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to that email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in to the account.
Players under 13 may use the Service only after a parent or guardian approves the account, as described in the Privacy Policy. The approving parent/guardian is responsible for the child's use of the Service and for the accuracy of the information provided.
You agree to provide accurate information (including birth year, which determines whether parental consent is required) and not to impersonate anyone.

3. Parents and guardians

A linked guardian can view their child's training progress, approve or revoke consent, and request deletion of the child's account.
Revoking consent stops further collection and use of the child's information; we may deactivate or delete the child's account as a result.

4. Teams, coaches, and trainers

Team codes are for the team's players and staff. Do not share a team code outside the team.
Coaches and trainers may see player information only as described in the Privacy Policy, and must use it solely for coaching and training within the Service.
Coaches are responsible for content they add to a team (name, colors, logo) and must have the rights to any logo they upload.

5. Health and safety

Hockey365 is a logging and motivation tool, not medical or athletic-training advice. Hockey training involves inherent risk of injury. Workouts shown in the app are general in nature and are not tailored to any individual athlete. Consult a physician before starting any training program, use age-appropriate equipment and supervision, and stop any activity that causes pain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (and, for a minor, the parent/guardian) assume the risks of physical training performed in connection with the Service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting our systems, scraping, or reverse engineering.
Do not enter abusive, obscene, or unlawful content (including display names and team names).
Do not use another person's account or create accounts with false ages.

7. Your content

You own the information you enter (training logs, goals, team details). You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it to operate the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. Streak cards you share to social media are shared by you, from your device, under your own social accounts.

8. Our property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content we provide (other than embedded third-party videos), belongs to typif.ai, LLC and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

9. Third-party services

Workout videos are streamed from YouTube and subject to YouTube's terms. App distribution is subject to Apple's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users (especially children), or as needed to comply with law. Sections 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is currently offered as an early-access product and is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Streak calculations, stats, and reminders may contain errors or be interrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, typif.ai, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury arising from athletic activity, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will notify account holders before it takes effect; continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
